Welcome!

I'm so glad you're here! This blog will be a place where I highlight beautiful weddings, engagement sessions, and portraits, along with helpful wedding tips for couples. For my first blog post, I will be introducing myself!

A wedding couple poses on the brick steps of a white colonial style house with decorative white railings at Magnolia Overlook on Weiss Lake.

Hello, I'm Anna

I'm Anna Snow, the photographer behind Anna Katherine Photography. I live in the beautiful mountain town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado with my husband Clark. Fun fact: we met while working together at Chick-fil-A in high school! Although we are both originally from Birmingham, Alabama, life led us out west to begin a new chapter together.

Clark is my biggest supporter, and I am endlessly grateful for the way he cheers me on and believes in the work I do. Getting to share this life with him is one of my greatest joys!

A Few Things I Love

  • Traveling and finding new places to explore
  • The beach (A lot of my family lives in Florida, so growing up I spent a lot of time at the beach!)
  • Living with my husband in the mountains of Southwest Colorado
  • Beautiful wedding florals and stationery
  • Spending time with family and friends

The Heart Behind AKP

A white ornate gazebo with patina copper roof stands in a garden setting with Spanish moss draped trees in the background.

For me, photography has never just been about beautiful images. It’s about preserving the emotions, connections, and moments that you’ll want to hold onto long after the day has passed.

My hope for every couple I work with is that you feel comfortable, understood, and fully yourselves in front of my camera. I believe the most timeless photographs come from trust, genuine connection, and the freedom to simply be present with the people you love most.

If you're here because you're planning a wedding, celebrating an engagement, or wanting to preserve a special season of life, I would love to be part of your story.

Thank you for being here and following along!
